Cant open PT4

Today I tried to start my PT4 and this message popped up. I didnt delete any thing from my macbook I only restart my laptop yesterday.
when i select configure defaults I tried to connect this message came: Unable to connect to this database. Please check the configuration.

COuld somebody help me please

Your second screenshot indicates that the PostgreSQL password being used isn't the right one so try the steps listed for Mac OSX here.

Is there anything else we can do?

I have exactly the same problem and tried all troubleshoots and uninstall all applications and re install but not working.
When im trying the terminal i have to insert my password after this 1 commando but i can't type it then... no idea what i have to change.

Please help in these corona times :shock:

For security purposes you will not see anything as you type your password in the terminal so just do that and press enter. If it's entered incorrectly you will receive an error otherwise you can continue with the remainder of the steps in the terminal. If you need further help please open a Support Ticket where a technician can assist.
