Do the hands import properly for you? Do you have the tables set to play in English?

In order for PokerTracker to display the HUD you need to have PokerStars set to play in English - if it is set to another language the HUD will not be able to display.

yeah, sure, i have set it in english from the beginning so thats not the issue... as being said dollar tables work just fine...

The HUD is working at PokerStars Euro tables for me.
Please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single Euro table and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table window and the hand history file.
