Hi
My last 565 PLO hands (played under PT3 without the PLO license) are not correctly identified by PT4 whereas older hands are.
See the attachment please.
How can I settle this problem?

Could you please attach those files to a support ticket and post the number here? That will help us considerably in investigating further.
