Problem with PT4

Hi,

I have a trouble with PT4 since months.
I made the mistake of uninstalling PostgreSQL a few months ago because I was having issues with my PC, and then reinstalling it; since then, nothing has been working properly.

I can no longer create aliases without getting this error message.
If I click "Get hands while playing" and then click it again, it immediately shows "1 hand in error."

Try installing and using PostgreSQL v16 if that is not your current version.

I have already tried to put postgreesql v16, which is the version I currently have, without success

I try to uninstall PT4 and postgress et reinstall postgressqsl16 et PT4.

What happened when you ran the PostgreSQL v16 installer? At the end the PostgreSQL installer says whether it completed successfully or not. Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see PostgreSQL services in the list? How many and what versions? Are any of them running? What are the 'Status' and 'Startup Type'?
