Hi, actually I have already created a new databse on this drive already and imported the hands from January 2025 onwards. But yes maybe there are issues somewhere.

What files do I need to attach to the support ticket? Create a backup and attach it?

Thanks

Just attach a support bundle to the ticket. Turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' if it isn't already and then restart PokerTracker 4. Reproduce the issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket:

I vacuumed again and the problem is no longer there.

I wish to delete the big databse on my old C drive, because I have postgres running now with new database on D drive.

Whats the best way to do that?

Thank you.

If you have uninstalled PostgreSQL on the old C drive then that leaves behind the 'data' folder in case you need to reinstall and recover the data. If you are sure you have everything you need from it then you can manually delete that 'data' folder to get the disk space back.

Hi,

I created a backup of this older drive.

Am I okay to delete the data file, and if I want, can I restore the backup later?

Yes its due to disk space and poor pc performance

If you have the PokerTracker 4 database backup you said you created earlier then yes that can be restored:
