Otherwise, I've gone through all the tutorials, docs on settings, etc. and searched for a couple of hours on the problem. Closest thing I could find was this unhelpful post:

I'm using PT 2.17.04g w/PostgreSQL 8.3 and it imports hand histories fine. I've tried both PAHUD 1.18 and 1.19.10.3, same problem. Here's the log up to the error, I have a longer version if needed:
