my dropdown menu on pokeracehud

i cannot see my dropdown menu on my own stats on pokerstars.I could before the upgrade after i had posted a couple of hands but not now.
It only comes up if i have already been at that table in the same day.
How do i overcome this please?

The window should appear after you have imported a hand or two while you have been playing - how many hands is it taking now?

from 0 to infinity i cannot get it up at all.
i can only get it up for a single session if i have been at that table beforehand the same day.

What version of PAHUD are you running?

Please enable logging and attempt to play for 30 hands on a single table, then attach the PAHud.log file to a support ticket and we will look into what could be causing this for you.

i do not know enough about computers to do that sorry

I'll walk you through it more slowly.

Click Options --> Layout Manager.

Select your poker site from the PokerSite drop down (click once, then click on the poker site you play at). The table will then look like the table you normally play poker at.

There's a box labelled "Stat" at the top left. Click on it and then click on (Player) Preflop Raise (you will need to scroll down to see it, the list is alphabetical). Then right next to that box is a box that says "Visible". Click in the little box next to Visible so there's a check mark there and you'll see PR boxes appear on the table; that's the preflop raise value. Drag it to where you would like it to be then click File --> Save and File --> Close and your preflop raise value will now be displayed.

i do not know what ur on about we sorted that problem in other thread.
I do not know how to do the support ticket ur going on about ie i do not know how to figure my way around my computer to save and send you the table history in a support ticket.
this problem is i cannot see my dropdown stats after playing a few hands remember.

Do you mean you can't see your popup stats?
For you specifically, or for any player?

Have you got the option enabled? Options > Preferences > General > Enable Popup Stats.

Bear in mind also that if you are using a different table layout then the trigger points for the popup stats may not be exactly on each player's seat.
