Invalid Registration Code

I rebuilt my pc and used the wizard to request the new code. When I pasted the code that was emailed to me I get an error that reads:

Invalid Registration Code

This is an exact copy and paste. What steps can I take now?

Try turning off UAC and disabling your firewall temporarily before registering.

If you are using Vista, make sure you are running PAH as Administrator.
You may find that disabling UAC and re-installing PAH helps.
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this...

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by starting PAH and attempting to register, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I am now receiving the Invalid Registration Code error, but made no changes to my system. PAH has been running fine for months on my Vista system. After I click "ok" on the error message, PAH appears to function normally (Full Tilt is the only site I have been using).

The same here, PAH 1.19.10beta @ XP. When I click OK, PAH seems to be working properly and it shows my name and email in "about" box.

The message does not appear when I start PAH with internet connection turned off so it must be a problem with PT/PAH server(s).

same here. since today getting invalid registration code. changed nothing on my system. worked find 2 days ago

Same thing is happening to me. It was working fine as of a few days ago, but today when I launch PAH, I get the "Invalid Registration Code" error dialog box, click "OK" button to close it and the program seems to run fine.

Please advise.

one more here - was working fine - now get reg code error, but still seems to work OK (though I haven't been multitabling - maybe it is limiting us to one table?)

when i launch Pahud it says "invalid registration code", but it works just fine after, i see other ppl have this problem - but no solution yet? waiting to hear from u soon...

There were issues with the registration server this weekend though it should be back up and running. If you still get this error at this point, please each of you submit the log files as directed by WhiteRider above and we'll get you each straightened out.
