I wonder some of the cases below would count as cbet?

Case 1
bvb situation

SB steal BB call

SB cbet BB reaise SB reraise BB call

SB bet

would this count as SB cbet ?

Case 2

sb steal bb call
==Flop==
sb cbet bb reaise sb call

would this count as BB cbet?
