PFR & 4bet stat

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a stat that tells me what % of the time a player 4bets when he was the initial PFR and was faced with a 3bet.
I have the PFR & fold to 3bet stat, if you guys know it, and I think it's great.
I would like to have something similiar to 4bets.

This is a built in stat in PT4 called 4Bet+ Preflop After Raising - I don't have a custom PT3 stat that does this handy but there might be one in the warehouse.
