was looking for a filter or stat that will show the percentage win/loss of all ins preflop...raised or called.

You can filter for going all in on the Actions tab of the filters window, and for calling allins on the Facing tab.

See the Tutorial: Filters for information on combining filters - in this case you will want to combine all combinations with 'OR' so that you see any hand where you raised or called an allin.
