The way it's written the person in question needs to have been the one to make the 3/4bet - if that's what you want, then you're good. If you want it to also include times a player called a 3bet you should change it to (holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp OR holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet_def_opp) - if they defended against a 3bet or a 4bet and they saw the flop either they raised or called - and now we don't care which.

if i understand correct for all situations must be like:
sum(if[cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_f_saw AND (cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet or cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet or holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_3bet_def_opp OR holdem_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet_def_opp), 1, 0])
and
