3-bet (raise a bet) stats are counted out of the opportunities to 3-bet, whereas raise% is % of all hands.

Raise Bet != 3Bet

Bet(1Bet),Raise(2Bet),Raise(3Bet) is normal!

Sorry, yes you're right, but I think the logic probably still applies.
What exactly stat are you using for "Raise Bet" - I can't see this..

"Raise F Bet" vs. "Raise Flop"

I see, it just a definition thing: fold ist also in the denominator.

I see.

Raise F Bet = (cnt_f_bet_def_action_raise / cnt_f_bet_def_opp) * 100
Raise Flop = (cnt_f_raise / (cnt_f_call + cnt_f_fold + cnt_f_raise)) * 100

So raise f bet is times you raise when facing [specifically] a bet, raise flop is how often you raise out of all your flop actions.

Good!
Please feel free to keep asking questions, and checking things are correct - but try to keep calm, eh!? Think of your blood-pressure... ;)

Some things will have rational explanations like this, some will be errors, but once they are found they can be fixed.
