is it possible to know if my opponent bets on the turn when it whas checked on the flop ?

it would help me allot..

yes, that's pretty easy - have a look at the Custom Statistics Documentation, and the Custom Statistics and Reports FAQ.

Also have a look through the Repository - someone might already have made one.

Actually, thinking about it, that sounds like a combination of 'donk turn' and 'float turn'.
Have a look at how those stats are built too, that will help you understand how to build what you want.
They are in the section 'holdem cash player statistics'.
