Help reading the program

I'm a new user of poker tracker and need some help with the Abbreviations for Example: under the players name when I'm running the program reads VP:23/PR:0/AF:5.0 I have no idea how to read that information I never used the program before.

Also the abbreviation for the player stats such as VPIP, PFR, WWSF etc. Is there a list some where that will give the definitions?
